A 2 part fit using BikeFit and F.I.S.T. methodology

Day 1

  • An interview is performed detailing your goals, riding style, problems, and injuries.

  • A structural exam is performed looking at flexibility, strength, and foot type to determine your body's abilities on the bike.

  • Dynamic sizing bike used with motion capture for quick adjustments/options including saddle and cockpit positioning, bar width/reach/drop, and optimal crank length preferences.

  • Measurements utilized to prescribe the correct frame size, crank length, and cockpit configuration for you to make an informed purchase.

Day 2 (with new bike)

  • Sizing bike measurements applied to your new bike and the fit continues, using motion caputre, on a stationary trainer with fine tuning of all saddle and cockpit positioning followed by an in depth analysis of your foundation: the foot/pedal interface with cleat adjustments, potential cleat wedging and pedal spacing.

  • A post-fit report is given

Base price: $200

A 3 hour comprehensive fit making your bike fit your body using Bikefit and F.I.S.T. methodology.

  • An interview is performed detailing your goals, riding style, problems, and injuries.

  • A structural exam is performed looking at flexibility, strength, and foot type to determine your body's abilities on the bike.

  • Dynamic sizing bike is used with motion capture to allow quick adjustments/options including saddle and cockpit positioning, bar width/reach/drop, and optimal crank length preferences.

Base price: $125

For those who use "flat" pedals with tennis shoes and are looking for more comfort, performance, and efficiency in your cycling:

  • An interview is performed detailing your goals, riding style, problems, and injuries.

  • A structural exam is performed looking at flexibility, strength, and foot type to determine your body's abilities on the bike.

  • You are fit on your bike on a trainer, using motion capture, with proper positioning of saddle height/tilt/for/aft and handlebar/lever adjustments.

  • A post-fit report is given

A 45 minute session that will let you quickly trial 30+ saddles using a Bikefit Saddle Changer.

  • Includes 1 week trial of chosen saddle.
